We're looking for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS). You are managing projects with autonomy, mentoring others and delivering work that truly makes an impact across the built environment.
You'll be joining a forward-thinking consultancy that's passionate about quality, collaboration and sustainability. From commercial offices to academic estates, no two days look the same and you'll be trusted to take ownership and hit the ground running.
What does your day-to-day look like?
* Leading on building surveys, defect analysis and refurbishment projects.
* Advising clients on design, maintenance, and repair strategies.
* Preparing specifications, tenders and managing works on site.
* Handling dilapidations, building pathology reports and compliance reviews.
* Working closely with clients, contractors and fellow consultants to deliver excellence from concept to completion.
What you'll need to apply:
* MRICS qualification with proven surveying experience.
* Solid knowledge of building regulations, construction methods and contract administration.
* Confident communicator with a knack for problem-solving.
* A proactive, detail-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Experience in a multidisciplinary consultancy is a plus.
