We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to take ownership of growth strategy within a global investment services platform. In this role, you will help shape commercial direction, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth across a broad client base. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across product, operations and technology, ensuring commercial strategy remains aligned with client needs and evolving market opportunities. In this role, you will: Lead the commercial growth strategy, expanding revenue across both new and existing client relationships. Identify and develop new market opportunities, including client segments, service offerings and geographic expansion. Build and maintain a pipeline of strategic client opportunities and partnerships. Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team, setting clear objectives and driving performance. Oversee the development of tailored proposals and commercial solutions for complex client mandates. Strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand services and increase wallet share. Work closely with product, operations and technology teams to ensure services remain aligned with client needs. Contribute to product development priorities and go-to-market strategy. Stay close to industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions. Report on commercial performance, including revenue growth, client acquisition and retention. Required for this role: 20 years’ experience within alternatives, investment services or a related financial services environment. A strong track record of driving business development and commercial growth. Experience leading commercial or sales teams within complex financial services organisations. The ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders, clients and partners. A strategic mindset combined with a practical approach to delivering results.
