Accounts Administrator (Temporary ) Location: Leicester, LE19 (Site based) £14ph Contract length 4 to 6 months Hours: Part- Time: Monday to Friday (9.30am to 2.30pm) A temporary opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to work within an internationally owned independent company based in LE19. This person will assist the Finance Manager directly by undertaking various transactional accounting functions. The Role: Processing high volumes of invoices, cross checking for errors and claiming credits Raising Invoices Bank reconciliations General administration Query Management Other ad hoc duties relating to Purchase/Sales/Nominal Ledger The Ideal Candidate will: Previous experience in Purchase Ledger / Sales Ledger is essential Good knowledge or MS packages including Word and Excel (Pivot Tables / Look Ups essential) Strong attention to detail A can-do attitude Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise own workloads A Strong team player Have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment The Ideal candidate will have proven previous experience working in a transactional accounts role, encompassing Accounts Payable & Receivable and be used to working in fast paced environment. The successful candidate will need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
