Role Overview:
As a Customer Care Engineer, you'll be the face of our company, providing expert support to customers with plumbing and heating issues. You'll be responsible for diagnosing problems, carrying out repairs, completing routine maintenance, and ensuring every customer experience is positive and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer service requests, diagnosing and resolving plumbing and heating issues efficiently
* Carry out repairs, maintenance, and servicing on domestic heating and plumbing systems
* Complete paperwork, service records, and reports accurately
* Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on system care and energy efficiency
* Maintain a professional and courteous approach while representing the company
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing & Heating
* Gas Safe registration (preferred but not essential)
* Proven experience in plumbing and heating maintenance and repair
* Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
