Protocol Education are seeking an SEN Teacher to work within a specialist SEND school supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties and sensory needs. The school provides a nurturing and structured environment where pupils benefit from individualised learning programmes and strong pastoral support. As a teacher within the setting, you will: • Plan and deliver adapted lessons suited to individual learning needs • Encourage communication, social interaction and independence • Work closely with Teaching Assistants to provide consistent support • Monitor pupil progress and contribute to EHCP planning Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Candidates should ideally hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through Protocol Education.
