Your role in a nutshell
Support the store management team in driving sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. Uphold the company's values and vision while ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.

With over 2,000 products designed to meet every customer’s preference, our team is on-hand daily to engage with customers, learn their needs, and recommend products that make them feel great. Our offerings are packed with natural ingredients, many ethically sourced through Community Trade programmes—helping communities build better lives as we assist customers with their skincare routines.
As part of our team of Consultants, you will offer expert advice and provide insight into our products and philosophy. You will learn about the products, their origins, and proactively engage with customers to find solutions that suit their preferences and lifestyles.
