What will you be doing?
* Preparing quality food
* Managing kitchen operations
* Tracking inventory
* Ordering supplies
* Cleaning and organising the food preparation area
* Training new kitchen employees on standards and regulations
* Have a friendly approach towards visitors and residents
* Monitoring the kitchen area to ensure sanitation standards are maintained
About you
* Ability to create great food that is well presented, full of flavour, balanced and nutritional
* Experience ordering supplies and carrying out stock takes
* Embrace processes and procedures while adding a good measure of creativity
* Open to new ideas and thinking out of the box
