Our Public Sector Client currently seeks a Full-Time Temporary Team Secretary based in Lisburn, working with Nurse Managers.
This is an ongoing temporary position.
Hours of work: Mon-Fri 9.00am - 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Rate of pay: £12.31 per hour
Duties include:
* Sorting and responding to mail as appropriate
* Dealing with general enquiries
* Minute taking
* Sorting and processing information
* Preparation of statistical information
* Dealing with requests for information
* Making appointments
* Filing
* Dealing with telephone calls
* Photocopying/scanning
Qualifications and experience:
* Ability to take minutes of meetings
* NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent qualification) plus 1 year's secretarial/admin/clerical experience
* OR experience as Admin within the NHS
* RSA/OCR Stage II Text Processing Part I and II (or equivalent/above qualification)
* 1 year's word processing experience, including typing and formatting reports and letters
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
