We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Retail Systems Team at Greggs as a UI Designer. As a UI Designer you will support the team in creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our in-store colleagues.
This is an exciting chance to grow your design skills while working on real products used every day across our shops. You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative product team and play a role in shaping the future of Greggs’ digital experiences.

About the role
17. This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered

What you'll do
20. Design clean, intuitive user interfaces for digital systems
21. Create wireframes, UI layouts, components, and screen designs
22. Help maintain and contribute to design systems, patterns, and UI consistency
23. Build interactive prototypes to explore and communicate design ideas
24. Support the product and design team in understanding customer and user needs
25. Help apply user-centred design principles across our digital products
26. Take part in usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
27. Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers
28. Develop your skills through feedback, collaboration, and mentoring
About you
You’ll be a great fit if you:
29. Have solid experience in UI design with strong attention to detail and consistency
30. Communicate design decisions clearly through strong visual, verbal, and written skills
31. Enjoy solving problems and translating user needs into intuitive interface solutions
32. Are confident using design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
33. Have experience collaborating with stakeholders, understanding requirements, and incorporating feedback
34. Have experience with user research, usability testing, and iterating designs based on insights
35. Can confidently present concepts through wireframes and interactive prototypes
36. Have a good understanding of designing for digital products across web and/or mobile platforms
37. Are organised, curious, and proactive
38. Enjoy collaborative, cross-functional team environments
39. Have working knowledge of Agile product development and how design fits in that process
