Step into a kitchen unlike any other. Burgh Island is home to two celebrated dining destinations: the legendary Art Deco Burgh Island Hotel and the historic Pilchard Inn, serving elevated island-inspired cuisine and hearty coastal fare in one of the UK’s most extraordinary settings.
We are seeking passionate and driven Chefs de Partie to join our culinary team. While you will predominantly work in one of our venues, all CDPs will be fully trained and support across both kitchens — offering an exciting opportunity to diversify your skills, work on varied menus, and learn from a highly skilled brigade.

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll confidently run your section, prepare high-quality dishes using the best seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, and play an important role in smooth, professional service.
