Role Responsibilities
* Managing audits from the planning stage through to completion for a variety of clients
* Overseeing the preparation of year-end accounts and financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
* Preparing and reviewing personal and corporation tax computations and returns
* Supporting junior team members, offering guidance and mentoring to help them develop their skills
* Liaising directly with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing sound financial advice
* Assisting with business development, identifying opportunities to grow the firm’s client base

Required Skills and Qualifications
* ACA or ACCA qualified (or studying towards it), though we welcome applications from those qualified by experience (QBE)
* Has at least 2 to 3 years of experience working in an accountancy practice
* Confident leading teams and working collaboratively with clients and colleagues
* Excellent communication skills and can easily build rapport with clients
* Passionate about delivering high standards of service and value to clients
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
