We're now looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards of service delivery while driving continuous improvement and team development.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
* Manage inventory accuracy and stock control processes
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve operational targets and KPIs
* Implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations
* Drive cost efficiency while maintaining high service levels
Qualifications
* Proven experience in warehouse management
* Strong understanding of warehouse systems and processes
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
