About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you’ll play a key role in leading Juniper’s marketing strategy with a strong focus on digital channels. From social media and paid ads to content creation, events and stakeholder engagement, this is a varied and exciting role with real impact.
Your Responsibilities
* Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive learner recruitment and employer engagement
* Manage SEO, PPC and website performance
* Create dynamic content across blogs, social media, video and email
* Plan events and exhibitions to increase brand visibility
* Monitor KPIs, ROI and performance data to continuously improve marketing efforts
* Track all website enquiries and analytics
What We’re Looking For
You should bring a creative mindset, strong digital expertise and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once. You should be confident with paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.), SEO best practices, social media trends and CRM/email marketing tools.
Essential Skills
* Experience in a marketing role with a strong digital focus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Solid understanding of content strategy, analytics and campaign management
* Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent GCSEs)
Desirable Skills
* Degree or HND in Marketing
* Video editing and web development experience (HTML/JavaScript knowledge a bonus)
* Experience working in education, training or apprenticeships
Tools You Might Use
Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Capcut, CRM, WordPress, PowerPoint.
