You'll work closely with clients, guiding them through some of the most challenging times in their lives. From Multi-Track RTA, EL and PL cases to complex negotiations and trials, you'll be the trusted advisor who ensures justice is served and rehabilitation is prioritised.
Even if your experience with multi-track cases is limited, we'd still love to talk. What matters most is your passion for client care and your commitment to going the extra mile.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage a mixed caseload of predominantly multi-track personal injury claims from start to finish
* Meet clients, take instructions and discuss funding arrangements (eg, CFA)
* Advise on liability, quantum and causation, keeping clients informed every step of the way
* Draft Schedules of Loss, pleadings and legal documents
* Liaise with witnesses, police, insurers, HSE, experts, Counsel and rehab providers
* Ensure early access to rehabilitation - because recovery starts now
* Keep files compliant with audit and risk requirements
* Travel to meet clients at home or in hospital when needed
About You:
* You're a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FILEx) with at least 3 years' PQE
* You have strong knowledge of personal injury law, practice and procedure
* You're proactive, flexible and client focused
* You hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
* You're willing to attend local and national BD events and conferences
