What you’ll do
* Coordinate and resolve major incidents, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Manage incident reviews, update documentation, and drive service improvement.
* Work 37.5 hours weekly, on shifts between 8 AM-6 PM, with on-call duties 1 day in 5.
Who you’ll be
* Experience in IT Service Management and strong organizational skills.
* ITIL 4 certification or equivalent experience.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
