Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Credit Control Manager located in Stoke-on-Trent. The Credit Control Manager will oversee credit control processes, manage outstanding debts, and ensure timely collection of payments from clients. They will handle credit assessments, monitor customer accounts, and implement credit management policies. The role involves analyzing financial data, resolving account discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance credit strategies.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Credit Control and Credit Management
* Proficiency in Debt Collection and related financial processes
* Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and trends
* Background in Finance, with knowledge of financial principles and regulations
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Experience with financial software and systems is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred
