Experience required…
Essential:
8. UK Experience within a public, private or third sector UK based client
9. Degree qualified in an engineering or other relevant subject
10. Detailed knowledge of the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (all options)
11. A successful track record of delivering infrastructure projects using the NEC4 including control of the commercial, budget and finances
12. Good knowledge and understanding of CDM Regulations
13. Experience working in client facing environment and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes
14. Effective communication and collaboration skills
15. Experience of people management and working in diverse multi-disciplined teams
16. Willingness to travel within the region if required
17. The legal right to work in the UK
18. A full UK driving licence
Desirable:
19. NEC4 ECC Project Manager accreditation and Project Manager qualification (APM/PMP or PRINCE 2 Practitioner)
20. Experience of appropriate contract administration software packages
21. Achieved or working towards professional membership/accreditation with an industry recognised Professional Body (EngTech, IEng or CEng)
