GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in Ashford, supporting teachers and students in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will assist with classroom activities, provide one-to-one and small group support, and encourage students to stay focused and confident in their learning. Main Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and classroom activities. Work with individual pupils and small groups to provide additional learning support. Help maintain a positive and well-structured classroom environment. Assist in preparing learning materials and classroom resources. Support pupils’ wellbeing and promote inclusive learning.
