Contracts Manager Groundworks and RC Frame Location: Kent Salary: £80,000 £90,000 Attractive Benefits THE BUSINESS James Lambeth ltd are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a keen eye for detail and high specification with regards to Groundworks and infrastructure. The end employer is an expanding civil engineering company sub-contracting in the housing and commercial sectors. THE ROLE Organising all Project and Site Agents, ensuring the projects are completed on time and within budget. Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to across the project covering all site members. Co-ordinate the project team and analyse the costs of each development, liaising with the design teams and clients to report and put forward building recommendations. To lead the site managers, providing direction for efficient procedures to control the projects completion in line with the cost budgets and time frames. Report to the Construction Director on construction progress and the potential to influence the division with recommendations for efficient processes. REQUIREMENTS The preferred candidate will have at least 5 years experience as a Contracts Manager in the South East. Experience in the housing sector groundworks is essential.
