About the Position
We are looking for a full and part‑time GP to take a lead role in reshaping Primary Care provision in Caithness. The successful candidate will work with a clinical and support team to develop equitable and innovative care solutions for patients with compassion and integrity. All roles offer full time, part time or rotational working.
Salary
£102,168 to £115,167 per annum (pro rata for part‑time practitioners)
Key Responsibilities
* Clinical and operational leadership
* Capped number of 15‑minute appointments per BMA guidelines
* Vision/Docman system management
* Lead multidisciplinary team (MDT) including ANPs, paramedics, advanced mental health nurses, practice nurses, health care assistants and clinical support staff
* Collaborate with Caithness Rural General Hospital and Raigmore

Requirements
* Applicants must hold a CCT and a licence to practice from the GMC with a right to work in the UK. MRCGP qualification (or equivalent) is required unless you are at the end of UK GP training and are awaiting MRCGP exam results. For overseas applicants, a valid UK Health and Care Worker Visa is required.
