We are looking for a highly professional Spa Manager to join our Spa team at The Barnsdale. Access to apprenticeships and accredited qualifications up to Level 4. You will: Manage and take overall responsibility for an efficient and effective Spa operation at the hotel. Manage, motivate and train team members through inspirational leadership. Attend and actively participate in regular management meetings. Ensure that all team members are trained to the Company standard. Have an understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations. Have IOSH / NEBOSH or another relevant, recognised H&S qualification (preferable). Have Pool Plant Operator Level 3 qualification (preferable). Have experience in managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility. Complete all rotas to provide cover for the restaurant in line with the wage cost budget.
