Responsibilities:
- Meet with families to discuss funeral arrangements and provide guidance and support during their time of loss
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of funeral services, including scheduling and transportation
- Arrange for the cremation or burial of the deceased
- Assist with the selection and purchase of caskets, urns, and other funeral merchandise
- Coordinate with clergy, cemetery personnel, and other service providers to ensure a smooth and respectful funeral service
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with grieving families in a compassionate manner
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and details simultaneously
- Proficient in computer software for document preparation and record keeping
-Full Driving Licence as need to travel between 2 local branches
