ROLE:
Reporting to the board, we are recruiting for a Brand Marketing Director fully responsible for the end2end global brand & creative strategy and execution focused on (but not limited to):
* Devising and delivering the global brand marketing, campaigns, content, PR, social and influencer marketing strategy.
* Setting the brand personality and the tone of voice for the business including a new end-to-end brand refresh.
* Leading, recruiting and managing the team responsible for increasing brand awareness, direct site traffic and engagement in multiple regions via innovative campaigns and experiential activities which are on-brand, consistent in style, quality and tone of voice.
* Delivering results that meet ROI expectations and boost incremental sales.
* Working in collaboration across all our teams to manage the planning and execution of our global product launches.
* Driving lifetime value and loyalty across the customer base.
PERSON:
You will be given the autonomy to ideate and create end-to-end integrated campaigns which will be delivered across all platforms – above-the-line, outdoor, digital, editorial, creative, print, email, video, social and affiliates.
And to deliver all of the above, we are looking for a Creative Brand Marketing Director with a track record of delivering creative, high impact and best practice marketing strategies with recent and significant experience in a brand marketing leadership position at a high growth and dynamic B2C eCommerce company.
With a proven track record devising and managing innovative multi-region campaigns and activations focussed on the GENZ demographic, you will offer experience/expertise in:
* People leadership with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing brand & creative marketing teams.
* Storytelling, capable of inspiring and influencing others on the journey.
* Masterminding and executing integrated campaigns and partnership activations aimed at boosting brand awareness and consideration.
* Developing and implementing successful acquisition and growth strategies.
