Job Description
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and optimize modern and deployment pipelines.
In this role, you will work across cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and security to enable scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
You will operate independently, act as a subject matter expert, and actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and set up development tools and infrastructure using CI/CD best practices.
* Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
* Automate cloud infrastructure, deployments, and configuration management.
* Ensure systems and pipelines are resilient against security threats.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment challenges.
* Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve system performance, reliability, and security.
* Apply continuous improvement techniques to enhance development efficiency and delivery quality.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
* Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong hands-on experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation.
* Expertise in Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment.
* Experience with Cloud technologies and Cloud Automation DevOps.
* Proficiency in Container Orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
* Solid understanding of Security best practices in DevOps environments.
* Expert proficiency in Continuous Improvement Techniques.
Preferred Skills
* Advanced proficiency in DevOps tools and methodologies.
* Experience in Configuration & Release Management.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
