The Role & Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital role in school life by:
Supporting pupils in the classroom Working 1:1 or in small groups Assisting the class teacher with learning activities Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement Being hands-on, proactive, and ready to get stuck in!

Who We’re Looking For
We want educators who are:
Passionate about working with children Confident, caring, and patient Reliable and adaptable Happy to get involved and support wherever needed
Highly Desirable:
Driving licence & access to a vehicle Welsh-speaking ability Experience with ASD, behaviour support, or ALN
Qualifications & Experience
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable) Experience working with children or young people Transferable experience welcomed (care, youth work, support roles) A positive attitude is just as important as formal qualifications
