Our Legal 500 client is seeking a Solicitor (2+ years’ PQE) with experience in Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and Credit Hire litigation. As an RTA/Credit Hire Solicitor, you’ll manage Small, Fast, Intermediate, and Multi-Track cases while driving outcomes through strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy.Hybrid working, Medicash health plan and profit share scheme are some of the great benefits on offer.

Responsibilities for this RTA/Credit Hire Solicitor position:
* Manage a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated RTA and Credit Hire claims
* Draft pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
* Negotiate settlements and liaise with clients, insurers, and counsel
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and procedural rules
* Provide clear, commercial legal advice throughout all stages of proceedings
* Deliver robust and commercially focused representation
* Support and assist junior team members
