We’re looking for an AV Manager to join our Investment team.
In this role, most of your time will be spent producing implementation plans and strategic ideas for your client’s campaigns and working alongside your Account Director in planning, buying, and ensuring delivery of all required targets.
Please note this role is a 9‑month maternity cover FTC.
About you
This role will be ideal for you if:
 * You have strong previous AV buying experience.
 * You have a passion for AV and a strong understanding of its role within the media mix.
 * You are a strong team player, able to oversee AV Executives and Apprentices.
 * You have a productive and collaborative working relationship across AV media owners.

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two days working remotely) ensuring that we meet the needs of both our people and our business. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely.
