The University of Huddersfield is looking for a dedicated Course Administrator to join our Registry team and play a vital role in supporting students throughout their academic journey from enrolment to graduation. We are seeking a proactive and flexible individual who can balance attention to detail with excellent communication skills. Youll bring experience of managing an administrative workload within a regulatory or educational environment and be confident using IT systems to analyse, maintain and present data effectively.
Reporting to the Registry Officer (Course Administration), you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of student academic records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for students and staff.
