About the Role
As a Sales Co-Ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, building strong relationships with both loyal and new customers. You’ll handle daily customer enquiries and orders for domestic, agricultural, and commercial fuels, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. You’ll also be responsible for taking payments on accounts and providing accurate, helpful information to our customers.
This is a varied and rewarding role where your communication skills and attention to detail will really make a difference.
Are We a Match?
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and hard-working, with a genuine desire to do a great job and take pride in getting things right first time. You approach your work with energy, attention to detail, and a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, whether you’re handling enquiries over the phone, coordinating orders and deliveries, or providing day-to-day support to the wider sales team. You understand the importance of creating positive customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
* A strong team player with a positive attitude, who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting colleagues. You communicate clearly and professionally, are willing to share ideas, and contribute to creating a supportive and friendly working environment.
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities, able to stay organised, manage your time effectively, and remain calm and focused when things get busy. You’re adaptable and able to respond to changing demands while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
* Keen to learn and develop, with an interest in building knowledge of the fuels industry and understanding customer needs. You’re motivated to build strong working relationships with both customers and colleagues and are open to learning new systems, processes, and ways of working.
If this sounds like you, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
