My client is a growing SME with offices in Brighton.
Job Description
As the Head of Marketing Campaigns, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Manage the email channel, optimise customer journeys, execute key communications (e.g., newsletters), and develop nurture campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
* Analyse data to improve performance, identify new journeys and target markets, and ensure accurate data segmentation.
* Oversee multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and execution.
* Lead media partnership strategy, negotiate high-value partnerships, and use data to inform decision-making.
* Collaborate with Sales to develop strategies that maximise commercial success.
* Work with the wider leadership team to identify optimisation opportunities across channels.
* Provide timely reports and insights on campaign and performance metrics.
* Partner with leadership to identify and leverage commercial opportunities across campaigns.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Head of Marketing Campaigns will have:
* Demonstrable experience within a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns, including email automation experience — ideally gained within events or working with B2B events.
* A strong track record of managing teams.
* Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written; with excellent copywriting skills.
* The ability to work as part of a truly collaborative team.
