Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-known name within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, who have recently grown their presence in the North West of England. They are seeking a reliable Water Hygiene Engineer, with existing experience of undertaking routine water sampling, temperature monitoring and TMV/failsafe checks. It would be beneficial to be situated close to the M6 for easier travel across the region. Experience / Qualifications:
* Experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer
* Strong understanding of technical guidelines (i.e. ACOP L8 and HSG 274)
* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
* Confident communicator
* Hardworking attitude
* Flexible to travel in line with company needs
The Role:
* Performing routine water sampling and temperature monitoring on domestic hot and cold water systems
* TMV servicing and failsafe checks
* Showerhead descales
* Tank inspections, cleans and disinfections
* Basic flushing on little used outlets
* Recording results and reporting any non-conformities
* Updating site logbooks
* Representing the company in a professional manner
