What You’ll Be Doing Provide administrative and operational support to Key Account Managers, including accurate processing of vehicle orders and documentation. Manage incoming customer enquiries professionally via email, phone, and portals. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention. Ensure compliance with FCA audits, service agreements, and internal standards.
