About the Role
* Join a dedicated Wills, Probate, and Estate Planning team comprising 3 partners and 7 fee-earners across the firm
* Manage your own caseload focusing primarily on Wills and Probate matters, with opportunities to gain exposure to Trusts, Court of Protection, and Estate Planning under supervision
* Work independently while benefiting from a strong, established team for support
* Contribute to business development and help raise the firm's profile in the Romsey market
* Embody and promote the firm's values through excellent client care and teamwork
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience handling a variety of Wills and Probate matters; the firm is flexible regarding the level of experience due to an established existing team
* Existing knowledge of the Romsey market along with networking and business development skills would be advantageous
* A committed team player with enthusiasm to collaborate and grow the department
* STEP qualification or willingness to work towards this accreditation is desirable
