This exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as the Curriculum Leader for ESOL. Our school continues to go from strength to strength, with many school years being oversubscribed due to demand for places. We are a Welsh independent school of high standing, with notable achievements in national rankings. Responsibilities
* Lead the ESOL subject area and teach candidates in preparation for Cambridge ESOL qualifications and IELTS.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and support the aims of an independent day and boarding environment.
* Work with the ESOL team to maintain high standards of teaching and learning, with smaller class sizes and a focus on student development.
Qualifications and requirements
* Well-qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic ESOL teacher.
* Sound organisational and administrative skills.
* Ability to inspire and enable every student to reach their potential.
