What you**
* 'll do:
Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance working with RFM maintenance team members and / or independently as requested by the Contract
- Manager.Maintain asset histories, maintenance records and helpdesk reports, informing the RFM Helpdesk, Contract Manager or sub-contractors of any follow up action that may be
- required.Assist in the management of onsite sub-contractors and relat
- ed works.Adhere to established RFM procedures, health, and safety systems / audits to ensure that the services are compliant with current legislation and best
- practice.Ensure the safe operation of all plant, equipment and tools as
- required.Manage on site stock control of consumables and critica
- l spares.Liaise with onsite client representatives to ensure that positive constructive relationships are enhanced as part of RFM partnership p
- ortfolio.Assist Contracts Manager on elements of reporting and contract ma
- nagement.Participate in an On-Call rota providing cover for PSS and the RFM Taycare
**contract.

Maintenance experience working in Commerc

The post holder will work on their own initiative and as part of a team, alongside Client Representatives, with responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive, high quality property maintenance service to all facilities on site. They will form part of the wider In-house Maintenance Team with a designated core skill and will be expected to lead in this area but will also be expected to undertake any property maintenance work within the post holder's
**range of competence.
