Responsibilities
* CPD and employee mentoring: TES CPD suite and professional mentor access
* SEND Support Team: Support to keep a team around you and the child
* Community and Company Events: Knowledge sharing and resources
* Referral Programme: Get rewarded for successful tutor referrals
* Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
Mission
We are on a mission to raise the standard of education provided to young people with SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities), as well as other needs such as SEMH needs (Social, Emotional and Mental Health). We are increasingly supporting children and young people with MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties). Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience: 2+ years teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma‑informed way
* Subjects: Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
* Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
* Compliance: Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate this if needed) and 2+ professional references
* Location: You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote/online jobs
* Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment
