Facilities & Compliance Manager (8 Month FTC) - Flexible Location
We have an opportunity for an experienced Facilities and Compliance Manager to join us on an 8-month Fixed Term Contract.
As a Facilities & Compliance Manager, you will oversee both Hard and Soft Facilities Management services across various offices in the UK, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
* Manage Specialist Contracts: Oversee Hard and Soft FM contracts, ensuring works are completed to required standards and in line with statutory regulations.
* Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations and statutory compliance.
* Manage a range of contractors and specialists, ensuring quality, value, and timely delivery.
* Oversee daily management of facilities, including contractors and technical works.
* Manage PPMs and address remedial actions as needed.
* Coordinate all facilities-related activities during office commissioning and decommissioning.
* Liaise with landlords and agents to obtain compliance data and coordinate maintenance jobs.
* Take responsibility for permits to work where required.
* Manage and coordinate reactive maintenance and address maintenance issues.
* Maintain and update health and safety files and COSHH folders.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
* Proficient in computer systems, including CAFM & BMS, and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience managing customer queries and complaints.
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
* Experience supporting onsite project management, supervising contractors, risk management, RAMS, and permits to work.
* IOSH Managing Safely qualification; NEBOSH qualification and IWFM membership are preferred.
