Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Registered Manager with the smooth running of the service
* Lead and support a dedicated team of carers
* Ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered
* Build trusted relationships with clients, families, and partners
* Monitor quality and help improve services
* Take part in the on-call rota and weekend cover

To succeed as a Deputy Manager, you will need:
* Experience in domiciliary care at senior or supervisory level
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Confidence in leading and supporting a team
* A hands-on, caring approach
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Flexibility for alternate weekends and on-call duties
