🎯 The Role: Brand Activation Manager
As the face of IVG in your region, you'll be responsible for driving distribution, visibility and sales across independent retail and wholesale channels. You'll build strong relationships, maximise brand presence and identify every opportunity for growth.
🔥 What You'll Be Doing
1. 🔍 Identifying new distribution points through varied lead-generation tactics
2. 🤝 Building strong relationships with independent retailers & wholesale managers
3. 🏬 Elevating IVG brand presence with exceptional in‑store execution
4. 🚚 Supporting and animating wholesale events
5. 📊 Gathering market & customer insights to optimise brand activity
6. 🧭 Owning IVG success across your territory - you're the field expert!
👀 About You
You don't need to come from field sales - we're open to people with the right energy and drive.
You'll have:
7. 🚗 A full UK driving licence
8. 💼 Experience in B2B or B2C sales (field or internal)
- Estate agents, telesales, retail sales & field reps all welcome!
9. ⚡ A fast‑paced mindset and a proactive attitude
10. 😄 A confident, outgoing personality and strong team spirit
11. 🧠 Commercial awareness with a hunger to exceed targets
12. 💻 Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
