Senior Vehicle Technician (Level 3 Qualified)
Location: Leicester
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £42,012 + OTE + Overtime Opportunities

The Role
- Carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Identifying and rectifying complex mechanical and electrical faults
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to manufacturer standards
- Maintaining accurate service and repair documentation
- Supporting, mentoring, and coaching apprentice and junior technicians
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative workshop culture
Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Significant experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience carrying out complex mechanical and electrical repairs
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Positive attitude towards training and professional development
