3. Develop and manage executive compensation plans, including base pay, bonuses, and long-term incentives.
4. Analyse market trends and benchmark compensation packages within the financial services sector.
5. Ensure compliance with regulations and governance standards related to executive pay.
6. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
7. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, including the board of directors.
8. Provide expertise on compensation-related matters during mergers, acquisitions, or organisational changes.
9. Manage relationships with external consultants and advisors related to executive compensation.
10. Support the development of policies and frameworks to ensure equitable and competitive remuneration.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Executive Reward Manager should have:

13. Substantial recent international payroll experience
