Key Information
* Work as part of a team to ensure that all pastry products are prepared in line with quality requirements and standards and are to a high quality consistently every day and in line with customer orders.
* Capable of learning to produce a wide range of products and working to Company recipes.
* A pro‑active personality – who is passionate, enthusiastic, people‑focused and adaptable to all personalities.
* Can‑do attitude.
* Organised and able to meet deadlines and work to a schedule/plan.
* Willingness to learn and a hunger to develop their pastry skills.
* Ambitious to progress and advance in your career with the Company.
* Follow and maintain company processes and best practice.
* Have a genuine interest and desire to be part of a high‑volume Bakery.
Hours
1 Year fixed term contract with the possibility to permanent contract 45 hours per week on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays.

* Paul Rhodes Bakery, SE10 9PJ (Greenwich, London)
* Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
