* Oversee and manage a variety of urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion.
* Conduct thorough research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors to inform planning decisions.

Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage a variety of urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion.
* Conduct thorough research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors to inform planning decisions.
Qualifications
* A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
* Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the UK.
* Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations.
