Salary ranging from £60-80K + uncapped commission depending on exp.

They are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Sales Director to join their team in London and drive their agency partnerships.
Role Overview:
The Agency Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth through agency partnerships in the London market, mainly focused on Publicis. You will be a key player in expanding my client's presence and establishing them as the preferred location-based advertising partner for leading media agencies. You will leverage your existing network and build new relationships to secure strategic partnerships and drive significant revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Agency Partnership Development:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting key media agencies in London.
* Identify and prioritize agency targets based on revenue potential and strategic alignment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers at media agencies.
Sales Execution and Revenue Growth:
* Drive revenue growth by effectively presenting my client's solutions and value proposition to agencies.
* Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
* Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to agency needs.
* Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Market Expertise and Thought Leadership:
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in location-based advertising.
* Provide market feedback to the product and marketing teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
* Represent my client at industry events and conferences.
* Become a trusted advisor and expert in the location based advertising space.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
* Collaborate with internal teams, including client services, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to management.
* Work with the marketing team to produce sales enablement materials.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of success in agency sales within the AdTech industry, specifically with programmatic, mobile, or location-based advertising.
* Strong network of relationships with senior-level decision-makers at media agencies in London.
* Deep understanding of the media agency landscape and the digital advertising ecosystem.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* Experience with location based advertising platforms is highly desirable.
