Customer Service Administrator
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £13.22 P/H
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Contract: Temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Start Date: Immediately
Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls regarding vehicle claims and repairs
Updating customers on the progress of their claim or repair
Liaising with garages, repair centres, and hire vehicle providers to arrange and monitor work
Managing and processing claims and supporting documentation
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Providing a professional and efficient customer experience at all times
General administrative duties to support the wider team About You:
Previous customer service experience, ideally within a telephone-based environment
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
The ability to multi-task and manage a busy workload
Good computer literacy and attention to detail
