Are you a newly qualified solicitor, or due to qualify shortly, looking to build your career within a highly regarded Dispute Resolution team?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Legal 500 practice in Shrewsbury, offering high-quality work, hands-on experience, and genuine long-term progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You will work alongside experienced litigators who are passionate about mentoring and developing junior lawyers, giving you exposure to a broad range of commercial and property disputes from the outset.
The Role
You will gain experience across a varied caseload while developing strong technical and client-facing skills. The role will include:
* Managing your own matters with appropriate supervision, including:
* Contract disputes
* Debt recovery
* Property litigation
* Assisting on more complex and high-value disputes such as:
* Shareholder disputes
* Professional negligence claims
* Commercial litigation matters
* Supporting senior solicitors and partners on strategic cases
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Taking part in networking and business development initiatives
About You
* Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 3 years’ PQE
* Some litigation exposure during training would be advantageous, though not essential
* Enthusiastic and keen to develop a long-term career in dispute resolution
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive and client-focused approach
* Comfortable taking responsibility and working collaboratively within a team
