Senior Notice Processing Clerk - Sandwell - Full-Time; 40 hours per week - £31,366 D.O.A.
Do you have experience in a Notice Processing role? Do you have excellent customer service and admin skills? We have an opening for a highly focused person to join the Notice Processing team in Sandwell. You will be an integral part of the team, providing clerical and customer service support to all customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be dealing with members of the public via phone and email. You will be processing appeals and handling enquiries and complaints.
What will you do?
1. Ensure all received correspondence is answered promptly and professionally, within contractual KPIs.
2. Undertake clerical tasks related to the contract(s) to ensure all KPIs and SLAs are met.
3. Use specialist, technical, and professional knowledge to deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring APCOA meets statutory obligations according to relevant legislation, codes of practice, and regulatory guidance.
4. Provide relevant support and training to colleagues and guide their decision-making.
5. Research, report, and analyze performance data to recommend process improvements and advise management.
6. Lead a team to deliver projects, planning capacity, skills, and work schedules accordingly.
What will you bring?
* Minimum 12 months’ Notice processing experience.
* Previous customer service experience.
* Experience handling customer complaints following best practices.
* Effective communication skills with the public, team, and management, both verbally and non-verbally.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet objectives.
* Good understanding of BPA, parking industry, Notice Processing, PoPLA, DVLA, PoFA, and relevant KPIs.
* Ability to learn and retain knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines.
