We are looking for someone to join the team as a DSV Account Manager within our Commercial Department. In this role you will lead the 3rd party DSV relationships for your assigned vendors/categories, work collaboratively with other internal teams to measure and review DSV compliance to agreed metrics, assessing ongoing performance and customer satisfaction.
You will also ensure performance meets our Screwfix service proposition, and our agreed commercial targets.

Responsibilities
1. Takes responsibility for the performance review of 3rd party vendor accounts.
2. Use data and insight to review sales, margin, returns rates, customer contacts, NPS/NES, OTIF, ‘off sale ‘impacts and internal insight/service feedback for your assigned vendors and or categories.
3. Works collaboratively with the DSV operational team and internal stakeholders to review and identify areas of vendor performance improvement
4. Conducts vendor review meetings to build strong working relationships, discuss performance, and align on areas for focus, action and improvement to drive performance, compliance and commercial return and compliance
5. Proactively reviews ‘Edge’, working with vendors and internal teams to resolve ‘WISMO’ queries into the Contact Centre.
6. Updates internal stakeholders each period with vendor performance, trending, and outputs from agreed vendor actions/next steps.
7. Collaborates with the DSV Operations Manager in the pre-screening of new vendors including site visits.
Qualifications
8. Sales focused, thrives in a results driven environment.
9. Self-motivated with great organisational skills and customer focus
10. Previous experience in account management, with demonstrable evidence of building and fostering positive working relationships internally and externally.
11. A proven track record of high performance through delivering results and achieving targets.
12. Strong analytical ability and numerically competent
13. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
14. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders across different business functions and be comfortable presenting to Senior Managers.
15. Excellent written and verbal skills
16. Full, clean driving licence
17. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables/v look ups)
