You will work onsite and report into the Store Manager or General Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:
1. Work with your regional manager to create business plans and drive in-store promotions and No7 offers.
2. Lead by example and inspire and motivate your team to achieve and exceed their sales targets and goals.
3. Get involved in selling products and providing personalized consultations using the latest skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
4. Ensure your team of advisors provides the best customer service and creates strong connections so that customers keep returning.
5. Create a vibrant and supportive working environment by nurturing relations with your store team, sharing knowledge and tips, and celebrating individual and team success.
6. Maintain your counter's cleanliness, stock levels, and presentation to showcase the range of No7 skincare and beauty products.
7. Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme.
8. Be an enthusiastic ambassador for the No7 brand, proud of our heritage and the cutting-edge science and technology behind our products.
These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role:
1. Management or team leader experience in retail or customer service.
2. Experience working with business plans and achieving sales targets.
3. Ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver against sales objectives.
4. Enjoy sales and selling; working alongside your team to meet KPIs.
5. A passion for makeup, skincare, and the No7 brand.
6. Comfortable approaching customers and applying makeup and skincare.
7. Strong communication skills with a wide range of people.
8. Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and development in makeup and skincare.
It would be great if you also have:
1. Counter manager experience.
2. Experience coaching teams and reviewing performance.
