RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR, LONDON, 5 + PQE, £60,000 + BONUS

Responsibilities
* Manage a full caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions, shared ownership, lease extensions, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
* Work autonomously while providing supervision to junior staff when needed, maintaining strong relationships with estate agents and other introducers. Actively generate new business, cultivate referral sources, and work to expand the existing pipeline of clients.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing, with experience managing a busy caseload, mentoring junior staff, and demonstrating strong client relationship and business development skills.
